Marjorie Hewitt Suchocki

 Marjorie Hewitt Suchocki is Professor Emerita at the Claremont School of Theology. Suchocki earned a BA in Philosophy from Pomona College in 1970, and both MA and PhD in religion from Claremont School of Theology in 1974. She taught at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary from 1977 to 1983. From 1983 to 1990 she was professor of systematic theology and dean of Wesley Theological Seminary. In 1990 Suchocki returned to Claremont School of Theology, where she held an endowed chair in theology and joint appointment at the Claremont Graduate School until her retirement in 2002. She has held visiting professorships at Vanderbilt University in 1996 and 1999, and at the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg in Heidelberg, Germany in 1992. Her interests include the use of process and feminist thought for the critical interpretation and expression of Christian faith. Her publications include The End of Evil; God-Christ-Church: A Practical Guide to Process Theology; Divinity and Diversity; and The Fall to Violence. She is the executive director of Process & Faith, a center that promotes the practical application of process-relational theology for faith communities, and a co-director of the Center for Process Studies. Her passion, however, is film. She is director of the annual Whitehead International Film Festival and has been a frequent Ecumenical Prize jurist at the Montreal and Berlin film festivals.

Jeanyne Slettom

Jeanyne Slettom is an ordained minister of the United Church of Christ. She received her PhD from Claremont Graduate University. She is an adjunct professor at the Claremont School of Theology, associate pastor of Brea Congregational (UCC) Church in Brea, and managing editor of Creative Transformation and Process Studies.
